I value my group of friends dearly. For the first time in my life, I am surrounded by these amazing women with whom I would entrust my life – and all of my darkest secrets. Men seem to come and go, but the one constant is my girlfriends.

This picture is a tribute to my “Lush You Girls” (in no particular order): Jess, Adrienne, Erica, Karen, Nina, Pauli and anyone I am inadvertantly leaving out. I’ve been collecting corks over the years, and one of my traditions is to have the people who share the bottle of wine with me to sign and date the cork. This cork is from a bottle of Gladiator (a Merlot if memory serves) – drank at the Black Cat in Fairhaven with Adrienne and Jess last week.
